Anshi - 'R.I.P.'

Here's Vestan's City of Heroes character Anshi. She's an ice controller, goth girl, just chillin out (no pun intended...ok, well, maybe) in Dark Astoria.

Downward Spiral is a villain of Vestan's, so there's a little playful teasing going on.

The feathered wings took a while and it's a shame the detail doesn't show up in this screen resolution version.
