This is another of Mr. Roger's City of Heroes characters. He's the same captain of originality that brought to life "Chocolate Bunny Guy". I love the freshness of his character design.
This was done in ZBrush, Maya and Photoshop. Sorry it took so long Steve but the vision became much more complex as I started.
